How do I return an item?

We accept returns if they are damaged, faulty or not as ordered. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns of unopened bottles/tubs need to be sent back to our office within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Please read our returns policy for more detail.
